March and April are busy months for Lona.  The first weekend found her at Florida Christian Writers Conference in Bradenton Florida where she reconected with friends and made new ones.  She also had one of the best Fiction writing continuing course she's ever had under author, Tom Morrisey.  Currently she's reading his new book, In High Places. 

During the month of March she has three book signings in Jacksonville Florida; March 10th--B. Dalton in Regency Square; March 24th--Barnes and Noble on Atlantic Blvd.--March 31st at Gospel World on N. Arlington. 

On April 3rd Lona will fly to Oklahoma, her native state, where she will attend two school reunions, visit relatives and have three book signings.  Two of the book signings will be with a long-time friend, Don Butler, author of North Fork, a story  of conflict of three cultures; cattlemen, farmers and Indians, based on true facts.  She will also spend time researching and interviewing for a biography she is writing about her cousin, Dynamite Mike.  Check later for more news of Mike.
